 1. Select a Merit Badge to work on
 2. Get a Merit Badge Card from the Scoutmaster
 3. Contact the Merit Badge Counselor
 4. Complete the requirements
 5. Merit Badge Counselor signs Merit Badge Card
 6. Turn Merit Badge Card in to Scoutmaster
 7. Receive Merit Badge (and returned Card)
      at Court of Honor
 8. Keep the Merit Badge Card in a safe place
