Shooting Campout

Bench Rest Rifle Club is kind enough to let our troop come down, use many of their shooting ranges, campground and great bathrooms!

Friday night, we bring in snacks and share them with each other, after we set up camp.

Saturday is the day we cook breakfast and shoot all day. We have lunch at the range and dinner at camp All of Saturday we are on the range. We shoot 22's single shot iron sight, then shotguns, 22's with scope and 10 round magazine. Boys over 14 years of age can shoot AR's.

We leave Sunday morning after a quick breakfast. Venturing crew stays after to shoot pistols.

We start the day with shooting rifles at paper targets.

Boys above the age of 14 can shoot AR's.

After lunch we shoot shotguns.

Camp is very open with space for games, tents, patrol sites and more.
